How to make a wedding seating chart

Is the wedding seating chart template free?
Yes. Open it, change it and download it without an account. There is no trial and no watermark.
Can I print my wedding seating chart?
Yes. Download a 300 DPI PDF sized for A4 or Letter, in portrait or landscape. A PNG up to 4096px works for sharing on a phone or in an email.
Can I change the number of seats at each table?
Yes. Set the seats at each table, add or remove tables, and move the head table and dance floor. Everything in the template stays editable.
Is there a ceremony seating chart template?
Yes. Wedding Ceremony has curved rows either side of a centre aisle leading to the altar, one side for each family. Change the number of rows and seats to fit the room.
Can I put guest names on the chart?
You can number or name every table. SeatLayer does not manage a guest list, so write names on the printed chart or keep them in your planner's list.
Can I sell tickets for a gala or fundraiser dinner?
Yes. Publish the chart and guests pick their seats on your website and pay you directly. It costs $0.50 a ticket and the first 25 are free.
