Terms of Service

SeatLayer is a service operated by Paiteq Private Limited. These terms form an agreement between you and Paiteq Private Limited.

1. The service

SeatLayer provides a seat-map design tool, a hosted live-booking API (holds, bookings, releases and related inventory operations), an embeddable renderer, and a management dashboard (together, the "Service"). You may use the Service only in connection with lawful events and bookings.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email code; you are responsible for controlling access to that email address and for activity under your account, including API keys you create. Keep secret keys secret — actions taken with your keys are yours.

3. Billing and credits

Usage is billed in prepaid credits: one credit per confirmed sold seat. There are no standard monthly plans, subscriptions, or minimum commitments. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until used. Custom enterprise agreements are available for larger or contract-specific requirements. Card payments are processed by Stripe; SeatLayer does not store complete card details. Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable.

4. Your content

Charts, events and branding you create remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, render and serve them through the Service. Charts export in an open format and you may leave at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to breach or overload it, no reselling access without agreement, no unlawful events or content, and no misrepresenting simulated data as live availability to your buyers.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Committed SLAs are available under an enterprise agreement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost ticket revenue.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and export your charts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
